Childhood Anxiety

Anxiety is the number one mental health concern we see in children. Lauren has extensive successful experience working with children who experience anxiety. From a strengths based approach we can identify the emotions and "triggers" related to the anxiety and help children develop resources to ensure they are able to overcome the barriers they experience.
